The Leadership Program has been designed for school leadership groups including School Captains, Vice Captains, SRC Representatives and specific interest leaders. The program follows 10 formal training sessions containing learning objectives, background information, activities and concluding with continuing activities that students complete outside of formal session times. The Leadership Student Booklet is designed to support students undertaking Leadership training and is to be used in conjunction with the Teacher Manual. It helps students to better understand what leadership is, leadership styles, stages of group development, and teaches positive leadership skills.
